As requested, here’s my review of one of the eyeliners that I got during the holidays, the Koji Dolly Wink Liquid Eyeliner in Deep Black. I have been using this eyeliner for years, especially during the summer with the humidity, because I have found that this is the only liner that does not smudge on my oily lids during the summer.
